| Background - | Sarah has practiced exclusively in the labour and employment field for over twenty-five years. After practicing in-house with a union for over six years, Sarah practiced with a leading human resources management-side law firm for several years. Since 2004, she has worked in her current independent role with a wide range of provincially and federally-regulated organizations, in both public and private sectors. Sarah was appointed as a member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario in December 2014 and continues to work there in a part-time capacity. |
