Start by clicking on the available date that you want to book.

A form appears asking for your email address and some details of what the booking is for. Complete the form and click ‘Continue’.

You may then be asked to verify the email address that you entered.

Thereafter, a further form appears asking for details with details of the subject matter of the booking. Complete the form and click “Save and Review.”

Review the message to be sent and click “Send” or go back to make any needed corrections.

When you click “Send” at the Review step, the site marks the requested date unavailable and sends the message by email to the Mediator with copies to you and the Mediator’s assistant(s) (if any).

Thereafter, you correspond directly with the Mediator or their assistant (if any) about your request.
