Note
Please, see my arbdates calendar for updated schedule and/or call my office for additional availability. I am presently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering mediations and arbitrations via videoconference in appropriate cases.
The mediator will conduct a mediation by video-conference or, in some circumstances, in person. My present and continuing practice is to conduct proceeding vitually via Zoo. However, upon mutual request by the Parties, I will consider in person proceedings if otherwise appropriate.
