| Mediator's Background - | Huda Al Tukmachy is a senior Human Resources and Labour Relations professional with more than 17 years of experience across the public sector, healthcare, hospitality, and complex organizational environments. Her experience includes collective bargaining, grievance management, workplace investigations, employment-related disputes, policy development, employee relations, and conflict resolution. She holds an LL.M. in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, an LL.M. in Financial Crimes and Money Laundering, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She is also a Full Member of the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO). Huda is currently undertaking advanced arbitration training through the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate offered through Kompass/Herzing as part of her pathway toward the Q.Arb. designation. Her ADR practice interests are primarily focused on labour, employment, workplace, human rights, and public-sector disputes, with an interest in developing a practice serving clients across Canada and internationally. |
