| Background - | I practiced law for 20 years, exclusively in the area of labour/employment law. I began my practice with Hicks Morley prior to becoming in-house labour/employment counsel for large employers in both the public and private sector. I focus on the big picture and while practicing law developed a reputation for being able to successfully resolve disputes without incurring the costs and uncertainty associated with litigation. |
