Practice Description - I am a Qualified Mediator and the founder of Minna Mediation: Conflict Management Services, we offer full-service workplace consultation that specializes in conflict management, mediation, facilitated conversations, conflict coaching, workplace culture assessment, workplace health assessment, workplace fairness assessment, workplace violence and harassment risk assessment, workplace assessment/review, investigations, and workplace restoration assessment to help prevent future conflicts.

I am committed to providing customized solutions to help organizations navigate through difficult conflicts, improve communication, and foster and restore positive workplace relationships. I understand that conflicts can be challenging and detrimental to the success of a business. That's why I utilize a collaborative and solution-focused approach to help clients achieve their goals.

Background - My name is Beverly Minna, and I am a Qualified Mediator and the founder of Minna Mediation: Conflict Management Services.

Early on in my career recognized and understood the importance of mediation and utilizing proactive approaches to conflict management and relationship restoration. With this experience, I am committed to providing customized solutions to help organizations navigate through difficult conflicts, improve communication, and foster and restore positive workplace relationships. I understand that conflicts can be challenging and detrimental to the success of a business.

I obtained my Qualified Mediator designation from ADRIC/ADRIO, Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University; Conflict Management from the University of Windsor, Labour Relations from Metropolitan University, and Human Rights for Education Professionals from York University-Osgood Hall, and Early Childhood Education from Sheridan College.

I am a member of the College of ECE, Human Resource Professional Association, ADR Institute of Ontario, and the ADR institute of Canada.
Fees - Mediation: $1200 plus expenses and HST for half-day; $2400 plus expenses and HST for full eight-hour day including prep time. Additional hours $300 per hour or part thereof. No charge for travel within 50 km of home, CRA mileage thereafter.
