Practice Description -	I provide services in all areas of employment and labour mediation including wrongful dismissal; grievances and human rights disputes. I have experience with private sector, broader public sector, public sector and construction industry employment relationships.
Background -	LLB from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. Called to the Bar 1988. I practiced all areas of employment and labour law until 1993when I was appointed a Vice-Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board. I was a full-time and then part-time Vice-Chair until 2005. I taught Labour Arbitration at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto for two years and remain a member of the Adjunct Faculty supervising the Labour Arbitration Competition Team. I am an arbitrator with the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission and I am on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association Labour Section. I am a regular speaker at labour and employment law events.
