| Background - | Patrick was called to the bar of the Law Society of Ontario in 2003 and spent many years with a general litigation and conveyancing practice. It the last ten years he has been practicing with particular focus on Estate planning, real estate, family law and Litigation. Since 2016 Patrick has been working to include mediation of family, intergeneration disputes and commercial matters into his practice. Patrick favours a relaxed conversational approach to understanding the needs of the people he works with and favours an informal and flexible approach to problem solving with a strong commitment to having parties come up with their own solutions in a safe and productive environment. Patrick is a member of the Ontario Association of Family Mediators, and the North York Elder Abuse Network and cares deeply about serving his community. Patrick occupies what little free time his children permit him with a diverse set of interests including artisanal blacksmithing, gardening, and home brewing. |
