| Background - | Joy is a mediator, arbitrator and conflict resolution facilitator who has over 30 years of experience in all areas of labour & employment law. She has particular expertise in emergency services and public sector labour & employment. She holds designations with the ADR Institute of Canada as a Qualified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. She also holds a Certificate in Conflict Management from the Canadian Collaborative for Engagement and Conflict Management. Joy has served on many province-wide boards and committees, and has been a frequent speaker on public sector labour issues. Joy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. |
